Pre-Ceremony

Guests at The Delta, The Graduate or Linden Row Inn: If you are staying at the Delta, The Graduate or the Linden Row Inn, please be at your hotel entrance between 3:45–4:00 PM to board your respective bus. The buses will depart promptly at 4:15 PM, so please plan to arrive with enough time to get settled.

Guests at the Jefferson: If you are staying at the Jefferson, please walk over to and arrive at the Linden Row Inn between 3:45pm - 4:00pm to ride the bus.

Post Ceremony

After the ceremony, buses will bring guests to the Commonwealth Club for Cocktail Hour & Reception. Guests who are not staying at the hotels may also ride the buses from the Church to the Commonwealth Club.

Post Reception

After the reception ends at 11:00pm, we will have two buses.

Bus #1: Will take guests back to the hotels: The Graduate, the Jefferson, Linden Row Inn & Delta

Bus #2: Will take guests who want to continue celebrating to the Continental Westhampton for the After Party

The buses will take all remaining guests back to their hotels from the Continental at the end of the night.

PLANE

Richmond International Airport is a small but efficient airport with direct flights from most major cities. RIC is a short 20 minute drive to our hotel options. We recommend booking well in advance given the small size of the airport.

TRAIN

Amtrak is a great option for our Washington, DC and New York City friends. Book a train into Richmond’s Staples Mill Station (RVR); then, take an Uber or taxi only 15 minutes to reach your hotel.

CAR

There will be parking available at St. Stephen’s and The Commonwealth Club if you wish to drive.
